Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and Myanmar Tatmadaw goodwill delegation yesterday afternoon observed the place where fallen soldiers of Operation Black Arrow, launched in Gaza in February 1955, are honored.
In the evening, they held talks with Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Gadi Eitenkot of Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on regional situations of the two countries, military cooperation, exchange of military goodwill delegations and trainees. The meeting took place at Defence Ministry in Tel Aviv.
Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and Lieutenant General Gadi Eit - enkot exchanged commemorative plaques.
The Senior General and delegation attended dinner hosted in their honor by Head of Policy and Political Military Bureau Maj-Gen (Ret.) Mr. Amos Gilard at Crowne Plaza Hotel.
After the dinner, the Senior General presented souvenirs.
