(၂) ၀မ္းႏုတ္ေဆး အသံုးမ်ားျခင္း
၀မ္းခ်ဳပ္တာ ၊ အူရဲ႕ လႈိင္းထ လႈပ္ရွားမႈ အားနည္းလုိ႔ ျဖစ္တယ္။ အမွ်င္မ်ားတဲ့ ဟင္းသီး ဟင္းရြက္ မ်ားမ်ားစားၿပီး ဖုိင္ဘာဓာတ္ ယူမယ့္အစား ၀မ္းႏုတ္ေဆးပဲ သံုးေတာ့ ၀မ္းသြားရဖုိ႔ ခက္တာလယ္။ ၀မ္းႏုတ္ေဆး ကာလရွည္ သံုးရင္ ကုိယ္တြင္း ကယ္လ္စီယမ္ နဲ႔ ဗီတာမင္ ခ်ိဳ႕တဲ့ လာတယ္။ တကယ္လုိရင္ ၀မ္းခ်ဳေဆးေတာင့္ သံုးတာက ပုိေကာင္း ပါတယ္။

လူငယ္မ်ား အိပ္မေပ်ာ္ရင္ အိပ္ေဆးေသာက္ ေျဖရွင္းတတ္တယ္။ ကာလရွည္ သံုးစဲြလာရင္ ေဆးပမာဏ တက္လာတတ္တယ္။ အက်င့္ ပါသြားၿပီး ေဆးမေသာက္ ရင္ မအိပ္ေတာ့ဘူး။ ေဆးရပ္ရင္ မူးေ၀တာ ၊ ပ်ိဳ႕တာ ၊ ၾကြက္သား တုန္တာ ၊ အိပ္မေပ်ာ္တာ ျဖစ္တယ္။ အိပ္ေဆးကုိ တစ္မ်ိဳးတည္း မေသာက္သင့္ပါ။ လဲလွယ္၍ ေသာက္ရင္ ေဆးနည္းနည္း နဲ႔ အိပ္လုိ႔ ရႏုိင္မယ္။

ေဆးအမယ္ မ်ားရင္ အာနိသင္ ထက္တယ္လုိ႔ ထင္ၿပီး ေဆးေဆးခ်င္း ဓာတ္မတည့္ျခင္း ၊ ေဆးမတုိးျခင္း ၊ တခ်ိဳ႕ ကိုယ္တြင္း အဂၤါမ်ားကုိ ပုိမုိ ၀န္ပိေစျခင္း ေၾကာင့္ ေနာက္ပုိင္းမွာ ေရာဂါ ေပ်ာက္ကင္းေအာင္ ေဆးတုိးဖုိ႔ ခက္လာ တတ္တယ္။
