Myanmar Tatmadaw goodwill delegation led by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing arrives back from Russian Federation

Senior General Min Aung Hlaing being welcomed back by Commander of Yangon Command Brig-Gen Thet Pon, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Myanmar H.E. Mr. Nikolay A. Listopadov, Deputy Military Attaché Commander Vitaly V. LUCHSHEV and officials at Yangon International Airport.

The Myanmar Tatmadaw goodwill delegation led by Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, currently in Russia at the invitation of Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation Army General Sergey K. Shoigu left Sevastopol military airport by the special aircraft of the Russian Armed Forces at 9 am local standard time on 23 June. They were seen off at the airport by Vice Admiral Kulekov Valaydii and senior military officers from Black Sea Fleet Naval Headquarters.

At 12 noon local standard time, the Senior General and party arrived at Chkalovskii military airport in Moscow where the Senior General and party observed TL-76TD cargo plane being used at the Russian Armed Forces.Officials conducted them round the plane.

Then, the Senior General and party left Demodedovo Airport in Moscow at 3 pm local standard time.They were seen off at the airport by Chief of the General Staff of the Land Forces on Intelligence Major. General. Vladimir Marusin and senior military officers of the Russian Armed Forces, Minister-Counsellor U Tin Zaw of the Myanmar Embassy to the Russian Federation, Military Attaché (Army, Navy and Air) Brig-Gen Nyunt Swe, and families of the embassy and the office of military attaché.

The Myanmar Tatmadaw goodwill delegation led by the Senior General arrived back at the Yangon International Airport at 3.40 pm today. They were welcomed back at the airport by Commander of Yangon Command Brig-Gen Thet Pon and senior military officers, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Myanmar H.E. Mr. Nikolay A. Listopadov, Deputy Military Attaché Commander Vitaly V. LUCHSHEV and officials.

Lt-Gen Soe Htut of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army) and senior military officers who accompanied the Senior General arrived back on the same flight.
