Senior General Min Aung Hlaing attends welcoming dinner hosted by Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines

Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, currently in the Philippines, to attend the 14th ASEAN Chiefs of Defence Forces Informal Meeting (14th ACDFIM), attended the welcoming dinner hosted by Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Gen. Eduardo M. Ano and wife at Meeting Room 1 of Philippine International Convention Center at 7 pm local standard time yesterday.

The welcoming dinner was attended by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and members of Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation, Chiefs of Defence Forces of ASEAN countries and wives, and members of delegations.

First, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Gen. Eduardo M. Ano and wife welcomed Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and the Chiefs of Defence Forces of ASEAN countries and they posed for documentary photos of respective countries.

Next, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines extended greetings. The Senior General and party had dinner together with the Chiefs of Defence Forces of ASEAN countries and members of delegations.

Before and during the dinner, the band of Armed Forces of the Philippines performed songs and entertainments. After the dinner, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing posed for documentary photo with the Chiefs of Defence Forces of ASEAN countries.
