Senior General Min Aung Hlaing visits Army Combat Training Center of German Armed Forces.
Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla meet families of Myanmar embassy and military attaché office.

The Myanmar Tatmadaw goodwill delegation led by Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing who is on an official goodwill visit to Germany left the military airfield of Tegel Airport in Berlin by helicopter at 1.25 pm local standard time on 28 April and arrived at Army Combat Training Center in Letzlingen Village at 2 pm local standard time. They were welcomed by Commandant of the center Colonel Alexander Becker and officials.
Next, Commandant of the center Colonel Alexander Becker hosted a luncheon to the Senior General and party and explained training affairs with the use of power point.The Senior General and senior military officers asked what they wanted to know.
Then, the Myanmar Tatmadaw goodwill delegation observed advanced technological training techniques, training system on use of simulator,and urban designed training grounds where officials explained matters related to respective sectors.
Afterwards, the Senior General signed the visitors’ book of the Army Combat Training Center and presented emblems to the commandant and officials.
Next, the Myanmar Tatmadaw goodwill delegation led by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing arrived at the residence of the Myanmar Ambassador to Germany at 8 pm local standard time. They were welcomed by Myanmar Ambassador to Germany Daw Yin Yin Myint, Myanmar Military Attaché (Army,Navy and Air) Brig-Gen Aung Kyaw Moe and wife,and families of embassy and military attaché office.
In his speech, the Senior General said Myanmar and Germany had been friend countries in good relations since yore. His visit aimed to enhance friendly relations and cooperation between the two armed forces. During the visit, he had got benefits from holding separate meetings with Chief of Defense of the German Armed Forces General Volker Wieker and State Secretary Dr. Markus EDERER. Myanmar had been practising the multi-party democracy since 2011. The Tatmadaw was helping the political system the people chose of their own accord to have more strengthening. The Tatmadaw was striving for encouraging the reform of political system.Restoring internal peace was of great importance in line with the political system. Likewise, it was important for practising democracy in conformity with the country. The Tatmadaw was placing emphasis on peace and stability, unity and development of the State, he noted.
Afterwards, the Senior General and wife presented foodstuffs, gifts,and foodstuffs and clothes produced from Tatmadaw factories to the ambassador, the military attaché and families of the embassy and the military attaché office. Then,embassy families hosted a dinner to the Senior General and delegation members.
