Senior General Min Aung Hlaing leaves for Russia to attend Army Forum-2018 and Week of National Security International Forum

Senior General Min Aung Hlaing being seen off at Yangon International Airport by senior military officers and officials of Russian Embassy.

Commander-in-Chief of Defence Service Senior General Min Aung Hlaing left Yangon International Airport for Russia this evening,to attend the Army Forum-2018 and the Week of National Security International Forum to be held in the Russian Federation.

The Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation led by the Senior General was seen off at the airport by Lt-Gen Myo Zaw Thein and senior military officers from the Office of Commander-in-Chief (Army), Yangon Command Commander Maj-Gen Thet Pon, Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Russian Federation to Myanmar Dr. Sergey LIZOGUB, Deputy Military Attaché Lieutenant Senior General Min Aung Hlaing leaves for Russia to attend Army Forum-2018 and Week of National Security International Forum Colonel Alexey N. Yumatov and officials.

The Senior General is accompanied by Maj-Gen Moe Myint Tun from the Office of Commander-in-Chief (Army), Maj-Gen Soe Win and senior military officers as delegation members. During the trip, the Senior General and party will attend the Army Forum-2018 and the Week of National Security International Forum and visit significant places in Russia.
