Tatmadaw delegation led by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing arrives in the Philippines

Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation led by Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing left Yangon International Airport at 9.50 am yesterday to attend the 14th ASEAN Chiefs of Defence Forces Informal Meeting-ACDFIM in Manila, the Philippines and arrived at Ninoy Aquino Airport of the Philippines at 7 pm local standard time yesterday.

The Senior General-led delegation was welcomed by Brigadier General Pedro A Sumayo of the Philippines Armed Forces, Philippines Military Attaché to Myanmar Colonel Vincete Mark P. Blanco III, senior military officers of the Philippines Armed Forces, Myanmar Ambassador to the Philippines U Win Naing, Myanmar Military Attaché (Army, Navy, Air Force) Colonel Win Myat and officials at the airport.

Then, the Senior General and party went to Sofitel Hotel for temporary accommodation.
