Tatmadaw delegation led by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing leaves Yangon to attend 14th ACDFIM

Myanmar Tatmadaw delegation led by Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing left Yangon International Airport at 9.50 am today to attend the 14th ASEAN Chiefs of Defence Forces Informal Meeting-ACDFIM in Manila, the Philippines.

The Senior General-led delegation was seen off at Yangon International Airport by Commander of Yangon Command Brig-Gen Thet Pon, senior military officers, Chargé d’Affaires of Philippines Embassy in Myanmar Ms. Stephnie Alexis A. Cruz and officials.

Daw Kyu Kyu Hla, the Senior General’s wife and senior military officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief accompanied the Senior General on board the same flight as members of the delegation.

The 14th ACDFIM will be held from 17 to 19 May, during which the Senior General will hold separate bilateral meetings with other ASEAN chiefs of defence forces.
