They can now take training sessions with full of training aid. Only when each Tatmadawman has health, fitness and confidence, will they have better skills through training. Any serviceman needs health and fi tness to be able to discharge duty. The trainees must take practices of eating nutritious foods for their health and of having the best capability and endurance of body. They have to systematically take training so as to have skills and confidence in line with the mottos: “training to have skills, skills to have confidence, confidence to have bravery and bravery to have victory”. The Tatmadawmen, being fighters with arms, may face heavy sacrifice at any time. As such, they have to take practices to be ready to combat the enemy. Training experiences obtained from the training should be combined with military tactics to be applied in the practical fields. They must use their initiatives in applying the military tactics. In the training sector, the instructors and trainers are to systematically conduct the trainings. The trainees should avoid drinking and abstinence not to degrade their qualification in the training due to their weaknesses. The trainees were urged to uplift the prestige of individual, troop and Tatmadaw and to try hard in training in order to show off capability of the Myanmar Tatmadaw in the international arena.
Next, the Senior General presented cash awards to members of the SWAT.
