Senior General Min Aung Hlaing concludes goodwill visit to Thailand

Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and party are seen off at U-tapao Airport in Pattaya by senior military offifi cers from the Royal Thai Armed Forces.

Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and the Tatmadaw goodwill delegation who were visiting Thailand at the invitation of Gen. Tarnchaiyan Srisuwan, Chief of Defence Force of Royal Thai Armed Forces, left U-tapao Airport in Pattaya yesterday afternoon.

Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla and delegation were seen off at the airport by Deputy Chief of Joint Staff of the Royal Thai Armed Forces Gen. Chaichana Nakkerd, senior military offi cers from the Royal Thai Armed Forces, Minister of Myanmar Embassy in Thailand U Chan Aye, Myanmar Military Attaché (Army, Navy and Air) Brig-Gen Khin Zaw and officials.

The Senior General and delegation arrived back at Nay Pyi Taw International Airport in the evening and were welcomed by Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in- Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win and wife, Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Mya Tun Oo and wife, Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Tin Aung San and wife, Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Maung Maung Kyaw and wife, senior military offi cers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army) and their wives, Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command Maj-Gen Myint Maw and officials.

Members of the delegation, Daw Kyu Kyu Hla and senior military offi cers of the Offi ce of the Commander-in-Chief also arrived back on the same flight.
