Senior General Min Aung Hlaing hosts dinner in honour of Thai Chief of Defence Forces

 

Senior General Min Aung Hlaing hosts dinner to Thai General and party while Myawady music band performs entertainment.

Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla hosted dinner in honour of the Thai goodwill delegation led by Chief of the Defence Forces of Royal Thai Armed Forces General Sommai Kaotira and wife Major General Rachada Kaotira at the Banquet Hall of Zeyathiri parlour at 7 pm today.

The dinner was also attended by Deputy Commander- in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in- Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win, senior military officers of the Office  of the Commander-in- Chief, and the commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command, the Thai ambassador to Myanmar, senior military officers of the Royal Thai Army, Thai (Army, Navy, Air) military attaches and officials.

First, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and the Thai General made introductory speeches and had dinner together with the dignitaries in attendance.

During the dinner, the Myawady music band played songs of the two countries and dancers performed. After the dinner, they exchanged souvenirs. Then, the performers were presented with bouquets and those present took a documentary photo.
