Papers for ASEAN Energy Efficient Competition 2016 Myanmar will host for the second time may be submitted, according to Myanmar Energy and Environment Committee.
The contest will take place in April under the four categories of Energy Efficient Building, Energy Management, Renewable Energy and Green Building. Eleven awards will be presented and the paper submission started earlier this month.
Two papers will be shortlisted at the national level and the final date of paper submission is 18 March. The award winners from the previous competitions will recount their experiences at a briefing to be held at Yangon Technological University (Gyogon) on 15 February.
Myanmar started participating in the ASEAN Energy Efficient Competition in 2002. Myanmar accepted to host it in 2010, winning 18 awards. (336)
