A handmade bomb exploded in Muse at 8:45 pm on Monday and there were no injuries, according to the State Counsellor Office’s Information Committee.
The explosion occurred at about 8:45pm in a bush on a roadside in Panhmatnaing on the way to the Myoma Playground from the bypass next to Hona, Kaunghmuton Ward of Muse, hitting the wall of a house with small pieces of stones. No one was harmed. Yesterday morning, security forces cleared the site, discovering 5 batteries connected to wires, prompting personnel to clear the area at about 10am.
