The State Counsellor Office’s Information Committee released the news that KIA, TNLA & MNDAA coordinated armed groups arrested 3 drivers working at the road construction site in the afternoon yesterday, and one escaped.
The three drivers working for the road expansion at Oriental Highway Toll Gate in Kutkai township—Win Htut Kyaw aged 27, Kyaw Zin Oo aged 26 and Tint Naing aged 30 were arrested by KIA, TNLA & MNDAA in the afternoon of November 21 while working, 16 miles far away from north of Kutkai. Out of them, Kyaw Zin Oo escaped with injuries tortured, being hospitalized at the private clinic in Lashio.
