Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win hosted a dinner in honour of General Koji YAMAZAKI, Chief of Staff of Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, at Kempinski Hotel here yesterday evening.
Also present at the dinner together with the Vice-Senior General were Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Mya Tun Oo, senior military officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army) and the commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command. General Koji YAMAZAKI was accompanied by senior officers from Japan Ground Self-Defense Force and Japanese Military Attaché to Myanmar Col. Kei TAJIKA.
First, the Vice-Senior General and party welcomed the Chief of Staff of Japan Ground Self-Defense Force and party. They then had the dinner together.
During the dinner, Myawady Entertainment Troupe under the Directorate of Public Relations and Psychological Warfare entertained them with songs and a variety of dances. After the dinner, they exchanged gifts. Then, members of the troupe were presented baskets of flowers and they posed for documentary photo.
