Senior General Min Aung Hlaing receives Ambassador of the Netherlands

Senior General Min Aung Hlaing holds talks with Ambassador of the Netherlands to Myanmar H.E.Mr. Wouter Robert Marie Jurgen.

Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received Ambassador of the Netherlands to Myanmar H.E. Mr.Wouter Robert Marie Jurgen in the parlour of the Bayintnaung villa here at 9.30 am yesterday.

At the call they cordially exchanged views on follow-up peace processes being taken after the Union Peace Conference-21st Century Panglong,the Tatmadaw’s cooperative endeavours with the government, the prevailing situation on the ground in providing humanitarian aid in Kachin State, the cooperation under the leadership of the government for the correctness of the work and promotion of bilateral relations in the areas where cooperation between the armed forces of the two countries is possible.

Present at the call together with the Senior General were Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Mya Tun Oo and senior military officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army). The ambassador was accompanied by Military Attaché Colonel Allard Wagemaker.
